GREEN GRASS BREAKFAST SMOOTHIES
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 banana
1 stalk of celery
1 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup from 1 bag Sencha green tea (heat water and brew tea. let cool.)
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Gradually add all ingredients to the jar of a blender; puree until smooth. Serve. Enjoy!
